MODERN TEACHING METHODS

Dear Teacher,

In this page I would like to share my thought and experience  with you.As a 29 years experience teacher from primary to higher secondary level and teacher trainer for so many  years, some class room activities are being narrated.

REMEDIAL TEACHING

Quarterly examinations are over,Now all of us are busy in valuation of answer scripts and making mark lists.while valuing answer scripts you may notice which part of the chapter is not understand by the students,and plan to take necessary steps to take new activity to foster learning. Some teachers are  explaining the correct answers and asked to write in their note. 

Here I would like to present a new way for this,

• Students are grouped in to five or six groups .
• Above average students are to be made as leaders of each group.
• They are asked to answer some questions  in last 20 minutes of the period.(First 20 minutes are to be used to handle class by teacher.A student can listen only 20 minutes continuously)
• The remaining questions will be answered in next class by taking 20 minutes and so on.
• the teacher must supervise and guide the students.
• Present the answer by each group.
• Give grade to each group.
